Step 1: Upload your PDF files. Drag and drop PDF files into the upload zone, or click to browse. You can upload as many files as you need. Each file shows its name, page count, and size.

Step 2: Reorder the files. On desktop, drag and drop items to reorder them. On mobile, use the up (โ–ฒ) and down (โ–ผ) arrow buttons. The order you set is the order pages will appear in the merged document.

Step 3: Remove unwanted files. Click the โœ• button on any PDF to remove it from the merge list. You need at least 2 files to merge.

Step 4: Merge and download. Click "Merge PDFs" to combine all files. The merged PDF downloads automatically as merged.pdf. Original quality is preserved โ€” pages are copied exactly as they are.

Example: Combine a cover page, 3 report chapters, and an appendix into a single PDF for easy sharing. Drag to reorder chapters before merging.
