Scale any recipe up or down — just enter ingredients and desired servings
One ingredient per line. Format: quantity unit name (e.g. "2 cups flour" or "1/2 tsp salt")
1. Set original servings: Enter the number of servings the recipe was originally written for (usually listed at the top of the recipe).
2. Add ingredients: List each ingredient on its own line with quantity, unit, and name. The tool understands numbers, fractions (1/2, 3/4), and mixed numbers (1 1/2).
3. Choose new servings: Enter your desired number of servings. The tool calculates a scaling factor and adjusts every quantity proportionally.
4. Review results: Scaled quantities are shown alongside original values. Copy the scaled list for your cooking session.
